Not only is Coach Ashley one of the best female Purple Belts in the Northwest and BIG part of our program, but she is also one of the nicest and toughest Women you will meet! You can catch he on the mat EVERYDAY rain or shine and we are VERY lucky to have her on our team. Come try a class and meet her yourself, she is sure to make you feel comfortable with a gentle or not so gentle hug, whatever you prefer! :-)
