Membership is $175 monthly, with $25 to add an additional program and billed with our automatic billing service Zen Planner. No contract, but you must submit a written 30 day notice by email to cancel.

No, but membership allows you to attend as many classes as possible that you qualify for. We ask for at least 2 days a week average each month to advance with stripes and belts.
